About me
I am a trauma specialist using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive processing (CPT) and somatic therapy to help you heal from your past experiences.

These evidence-based approaches help reduce the emotional weight of distressing memories.

In a safe and supportive environment, I’m here to guide you through this transformative journey, empowering you to reclaim your life.

My background
My name is Lili, Bay of Plenty born and now a proud Cantabrian. I offer trauma therapy in Christchurch and nationwide.
I have over 13 years experience practicing therapy in wide variety of settings, including universities, charities, non-government agencies and private practice.
Skillset
I have a huge passion for working with all types of trauma, attachment disturbances and dissociative disorders.
I am skilled in working with most issues, including anxiety, depression, dissociation, self-esteem/confidence, life changes, relationship breakdowns, eating disorders, and the impact of trauma.
My practice is also LGBTIQ friendly and committed to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi.
Passion
My passion is working with people affected by trauma. Including survivors of sexual assault and abuse, violence, natural disasters, first responders, attachment trauma, relationship trauma, accidents, and any painful experience that has left a lasting imprint on someone's life, where it feels like the past is still present. This is what I jump out of bed to help people with!
Purpose
Working with people to make meaning and heal is a huge privilege for me, I understand that coming to therapy can cause a few nerves, especially if you have sought help before and didn't get the help you needed. I go at your pace, checking in regularly to see if we are working on what is useful to you, it's understandable, and fits with how you see the world.
